We accept credit card payments through Paypal.  Just click on the "Buy Items Now" button on our checkout screen and follow the prompts.

Any special directions for washing/drying?

We recommend turning all shirts inside out to preserve their color. All shirts are 100% screen printed. Follow the manufacturer's directions on the tag of the shirt for best results.

Why don't you have more color options for your shirts?
We add colors based on customer demands.  If you'd like to see different colors, let us know.

Why don't you offer more shirt sizes?
We stock the shirt sizes that sell most commonly.  If you'd like to see different sizes, please tell us.

Do you have Rivalry Design shirts for other teams?
We plan on releasing new gear with new designs soon.  If you have an idea, you can share it here if you'd like.

Do you offer customized or personalized items?
We offer imprinting services for customized shirts and other items.  A minimum order size and other fees may apply.  Contact us at sales@rivalrydesign.com for more information.

What if I want to return an item?

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at sales@rivalrydesign.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

How do I buy wholesale bulk orders?

We gladly sell our products at discounted pricing for orders of 12 shirts or more.  Pricing varies.  Please email us and we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at sales@rivalrydesign.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.


What does it mean if my item is Out of Stock?

The item you ordered is not immediately available, but is on order with the supplier, and will be shipped to you as soon as possible (which, in most cases should only be a few days, but in some cases, could be 1-3 weeks after you place your order.)

Will I be charged more for shipping of an Out of Stock item?
There are no additional charges for fulfillment of backordered items. The total you see on the receipt is exactly what we charge, regardless of whether it ships in a single box or multiple packages.

Can I order an Out of Stock item?
Unless otherwise specified on our site, out of stock items are not usually available for purchase. If you would like to be notified when an item comes back in stock, please email us and tell us what item you are interested in.
